Product Number. ie GBM023
This will find Product Reference numbers in catalogue pages. It will show the catalogue page and a link to that page. As Product Numbers are unique the search is terminated when one is found. Typically: FDP001 will generate a search for this product. The Results Page will display the location of the product item. It will not locate the position of the item within the page. |

| Mode 2: | General Description Text. ie Stonehenge or Sydney This will search all Past Pages web pages for a match of the given text. It will generate a list of the first 20 finds. Please be selective with choice of text. 'London' will generate hundreds of finds - it will be useless. This facility is most useful for locating small towns or unusual names. The list will indicate the Product Number, Price and approximate web page. The 3rd letter of the Ref No indicates M for Map or P for Print. This is a simple, home-grown text matching routine - It is not Google! It will not anticipate spelling imperfections. Note that some descriptions carry incorrect or alternative spellings, as displayed on the item. ie Afrique, Amerika, This utility is an ongoing development project and may experience improvements ( or not ) with extra time and effort. |
